Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had modern and cozy rooms, with a nice and comfy bed, but lacked practicality with limited space for bags and no USB charging points. The service was fantastic, always very accommodating, attentive, and fast on check-in/out. The location was strategic, making it easy to walk to restaurants and tourist sights. The dining experience was hit and miss, with helpful staff but limited options, and the breakfast being the same every day. The hotel facilities were decent but slightly lacking in variety.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, but the triple bed setup felt more suitable for single guests rather than three adults. The location, although walkable and close to a metro station, gave off a bit of an unsafe vibe due to the surrounding poverty-stricken area. The dining options were hit and miss, but the friendly staff made up for it with excellent recommendations and warnings about pickpockets.
I had a really well-appointed standard room at this hotel. The room had glass walls which made it a bit noisy, and there was a faint smell of wet in the bathroom. Despite that, the room had comfortable modern furniture, was clean, and well-supported.
The hotel has friendly staff and a great location, but the rooms are noisy and lack soundproofing. The receptionists are nice but inexperienced for a 4-star hotel, and there could be more facilities available. The cleanliness is good overall, albeit slightly dark rooms with noise from the rooftop in the background.
The hotel was comfortable although a bit small, but it was excellent overall. The rooms were basic but had a fridge; however, coffee pods were at an additional cost, and there were no USB charging points in the room. Could use more storage space.
The hotel had clean and nice rooms, but with some downsides like having to pay for coffee pods and a lack of USB charging points. The location was a bit further out, but very walkable and convenient with a metro station nearby. The service was super kind and helpful, always considering our budget. The dining experience had good options but required improvements like inconsistent decaf coffee. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with extremely quiet nights, but some rooms can be noisy if facing the street. The staff is very helpful and friendly, although the lounge and bar areas are a bit small. The location is strategic, close to a metro station, but not the most pleasant neighborhood in Lisbon. The dining experience is varied, with a good selection of hot options. Overall, a convenient stay with some minor drawbacks.
